Our family bought this property over 60 years ago from Euvelle’s family after his death. We continue to farm the original walnut orchard, The Horse, as well as more recently-planted groves of certified organic walnuts and zinfandel winegrapes. At the picnic area and barn near our family home, there is a rustic corral where you can pet Sweet Pea the mule (who may tag along on your hike — she hates to be left behind!), goats, chickens, and geese. Your visit helps support our efforts to protect Mount Konocti from major development and to preserve our rich agricultural heritage.
